The season finale of The Fosters gets a bit jazzy, with a song called “Blues On The Spot” from American jazz pianist Phil DeGreg, and “Grumblin'” from Philadelphia’s finest, Rick Gallagher. Singer-songwriter Kina Grannis song “Home,” not to be confused with her feature in a Hoodie Allen song, titled “Make It Home,” was also featured at the end of the episode.
